As aTalent Acquisition Partner you play a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition needs of Man Group across key business areas. This position focuses on delivering exceptional talent acquisition services acting as a proactive and dynamic resource for hiring needs while adhering to thepillars of being technology-enabled candidate-centric consultative partners and cost-effective (low agency reliance).
You are responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process ensuring the highest quality candidate experience and driving operational efficiency. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition you work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to meet team goals and continually improve talent acquisition processes. Additionally your role involves building strong stakeholder relationships leveraging market insights and ensuring a seamless candidate experience at all levels while also promoting diversity and inclusion across the talent acquisition function.
