What youll do:
Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases including manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
Defect Management: Log track and manage defects through resolution ensuring thorough retesting and issue resolution.
Performance and Security Testing: Conduct performance load stress and security tests to ensure application reliability scalability and compliance.
Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Work closely with development teams to review and understand software requirements ensuring clear complete and testable specifications.
Automation and Continuous Improvement: Develop automated test scripts and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality assurance processes.
What youll need:
Ensure the quality and performance of new and existing applications and interfaces by systematically validating and verifying software functionality performance and security through comprehensive testing methodologies.

An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff implements long-term plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Quality Assurance earns between$118800-$178200 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
