Key Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the pet industry: Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the pet industry landscape including best practices trends and customer expectations as well as Management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring Firing and Onboarding: Conducts thorough assessments to select exceptional talent handles terminations when necessary and ensures smooth onboarding for new team members.
- Coaching and Developing Team Members: Provides guidance support and constructive feedback to foster professional growth among staff members.
- Scheduling and Payroll: Efficiently manage employee schedules and accurately handles payroll processes.
- Managing Time Off Requests: Coordinates and approves time off requests while ensuring optimal coverage.
- Training and Development: Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Weekly Staff Meetings: Facilitates engaging and informative weekly meetings to foster communication collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Time and Attendance Management: Monitors and manages staff attendance ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Shift Coverage: Willingness to step in and cover shifts as needed to maintain seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Availability: Ability to work some weekends and holidays along with sharing a bi-weekly on-call schedule.
- Valid Drivers License: Maintains a valid drivers license for occasional transportation needs.
