Responsibilities
**$20000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience. This is paid out in one lump sum in the paycheck after youve been employed by us for 30 days (contingent on meeting the requirements.)**
Responsibilities:
- Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
- Administer medications change dressings monitor vital signs and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work care coordination physical therapy occupational therapy lab respiratory therapy and imaging
- Practices as a full partner on the multidisciplinary team.
- Assist surgeon and surgical team in the OR
- Independently plans care for patients before during and after procedures
- Develop and implement nursing care plan for cardiovascular patients
- Youll be a trusted educator and resource for your patients recovery thanks to the care plans you develop and implement
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum two year of RN experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtained within 90 days of hire date
