Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

To implement & monitor smooth Onsite Operations and maintenance of Onsite Installations located in the region and while adhering to Group and local safety and regulatory guidelines with the objective of meeting customers production requirement ensuring reliability safety efficiency and customer effectiveness

Safety/ Security:

  • Participate in safety tools implementation as per plan prepared by HSE.

  • Prepare report on incidents near-miss incidents

  • Action plan completion and share with Core Team HSE

  • Adhere to AL safety guidelines

  • Ensure Zero Accidents

IMS: Prepare & Maintain documents SOPs checklists WI PM schedule IMS documents. Participate in Audits for Onsites.

Reliability/ Maintenance: Adherence to Preventive Maintenance Schedule- Work for continuous Improvement and Implementation Equipment maintenance requirements statutory requirements.

  • Maintaining safety & reliability of the sites in the assigned region and minimizing downtime.

  • Adherence to PM Plan and ensure implementation for all the sites.

  • Conduct daily/routine plant inspection/ Audits to cross check PM Compliance Maintenance Planning troubleshooting.

  • Identify maintenance issues discuss with PMIC and resolve the same.

  • Complete monitoring of all Onsites in the assigned region. Establish good contact with site teams and customers.

  • Track timely implementation of maintenance activity.

  • To check track. optimize and approve monthly reporting Overtime for all Onsites in the assigned region.

  • Maintain critical spare parts in the plants. Manage inventory.

Operations:

  • Perform scheduled activities-production shall be to targeted to maintain best efficiency levels

  • Operate plant as per production plan (that is conduct startup stop change load of plant in safe and reliable manner as per defined procedures)

  • In case of alarm/issues conduct issue resolution; else escalate to PICMIC and Onsite Manager.

  • Lead and conduct RCA for all incidents in which the root cause is not known.

  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for TGM requirements and LIN requirements for all the sites. Ensure to maintain tank levels as per customer requirements and to maintain sufficient backup as per contractual terms.

  • Manage shifts and leaves for all the direct and indirect reportees.

  • Maintain a good contact with the customer.

Team Management:

  • Travel to other sites to assist/support/ backup/lead in Operations & Maintenance

  • Report & resolve complex issues in consultation with PIC MIC and Manager - Onsite Operations.

  • Manage customer issues & Ensure minimal customer complaints

  • Submission of bills/ payment follow ups with customers

Procurement:

  • Timely Procurement of materials /services required for the plants which includes raising Purchase Requests Managing Spare Parts Inventory.

  • Follow up for material and close documentation loop for accounting and payments.

Legal/ Compliance:

  • Complete & Maintain all relevant compliances at site- eg: Rule 18 19 CCOE test & calibration reports air/water analysis. Coordinate with customers for compliance completion where customer involvement is required.

Customer :

  • Ensure the concerns raised by the customer are resolved by taking the support of respective stakeholders.

Qualification: Minimum of Diploma/B.E./ iInstrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Continuous Process Industry in the field of Operations and MaintenanceShall have experience in managing a team for atleast 2 years.

Skills- Excellent Communication Presentation skills. Basic Computer skills - MS Excel/ Word/Powerpoint/Google Suite/Maintenance Tools-CMMS

Soft Skills: Behavioral skills: Good work ethics Customer Orientation Process Orientation Planning & Organizing Skills Decision Making Skill & People Management.
