What will you do

• Responsible for Fusion Risk Management in support of Operational Resilience

• Gather requirements document the requirements examine and manage business requirements on small to medium baseline initiatives and projects by following the current company development methodology through initiation estimating work planning analysis design construction deployment and post project review.

• Develop written documentation that is clear understandable audience appropriate and accurately captures the key information required for a quality solution that meets business needs.

• Communicate with our business partners in an effective and timely manner.

• Coordinate or participate in obtaining estimates from all team members and provide those to the business for review and approval for small to medium baseline and project initiatives.

• Take ownership of support/project issues and engage the appropriate resources to reach a solution.

• Ensure potential issues or operational risks are tracked and escalated in a timely manner.

• Testing of small enhancements prior to moves to production engaging the testing team as required.

• Apply business requirements gathering and analysis techniques to develop quality business requirements and facilitate the communication between the business and technology areas to address business issues.

• Perform gap analysis risk assessments and business requirements validation.

key responsibilities :

• Intermediate understanding of Fusion Risk management along with good understanding of Operational Resilience capability

• Adept at Requirements gathering/understanding/documenting/refinement and requirements development Creating Use story/Use case/Business Requirements document/Functional Requirements specification document & Business mapping document.

• Strong collaborative work experience with Business/Product owner/Customer stakeholders/end users/Project team for understanding the requirements and documentation

• Experience working with complex systems and processes and system configuration. Also strong experience with creating technical design (HLD/LLD/Flow chart etc.) & Process design documents

• Customer and results focused: ability to work with customers to understand and act based on their needs assess risks and achieve a valued result.

• Strong analytical skills to resolve support issues and to break down high level business requirements into more detail by questioning and probing for clarification.

• Proficient with MS Office suite of products including MS Visio and MS Project.

• Ability to write and understand SQL queries

• Previous experience in a production support environment

• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams collaborating closely with developers testers and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key experience:

• Total IT experience of 12-15 Years including at least 5 years of Work experience as Senior Business System Consultant/Analyst

• Experience in Agile principles and managing teams/dynamics.

• Experience with successful Agile techniques.

• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.

• Experience using JIRA. Knows how to manage Jira Boards/Projects.

• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.

• Outstanding communication facilitation negotiation and coaching skills

• A strong communicator who listens and picks up on the spoken and unspoken words to excel at delivering understanding and interpreting messages through verbal discussions and in writing.

• An expert facilitator who is skilled in negotiation with senior and executive level stakeholders.

• A strategic thinker who appropriately applies a variety of planning analysis elicitation modelling and documentation techniques to accurately define and communicate requirements to help successfully deliver on initiatives.

• A mentor coach and leader for both peers and junior colleagues to strengthen the skillsets of others.

• A collaborative team member who actively engages in improving the client experience our team and our processes.

• Lead and manage the development of quality BSA deliverables for large complex projects.

• Partner with business partners vendors leaders application development and testing teams to ensure quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our business partners and clients.

• Lead motivate support and coach project team members and peers by providing guidance that is appropriate for their knowledge and skill level.

• Consult as a business domain or system application expert. Recognize and escalate issues / gaps / collisions that impact across projects and domains.

• Establish and maintain trusted advisor roles with clients by gathering and analyzing information to provide recommendations that address and resolve business issues.

• Champion the BSA role by actively leading and contributing to continuous improvements within the practice.

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certified from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) or equivalent Certification from any prestigious and recognized Institution

• Product development or Software development background will be nice to have

• Prior Work experience as a consultant or good understanding pertaining to system applications or business domains for Group Retirement Services Group Benefits and/or Insurance Wealth and Financial services Industry.
