Senior Product Manager - CLM Document Experiences

As the Senior Product Manager - CLM Document Experiences you will develop the vision and roadmap and define plans to support unifying the preview experiences across our platform with a specific focus on seamless data manipulation and synchronization between CLM and Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) components. You will work closely with the Director of Product Management as well as other Product Managers within the team and across Docusign to develop and support highly scalable performance reliable and secure experiences through all development and go-to-market phases from concept through launch and adoption. You will drive adoption of new workflow and platform services related to unifying previews managing folder permissions and enhancing data flow and interoperability between CLM and other IAM components to ensure data integrity and user efficiency. Your objectives will be directly aligned with business metrics such as revenue adoption customer and partner satisfaction and operational addition you will also improve our core CLM services such as document generation and attributes.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director Product Management Docusign CLM& IAM B2B Pre-execution.

Responsibility

• Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for unifying and replacing preview experiences across all internal applications encompassing both customer-facing features and backend platform core services with a primary focus on seamless integration and user experience enhancement

• Secure buy in for a product strategy that identifies defines and supports product and corporate objectives and achieve superior customer outcomes

• Own PRDs by overseeing collaboration with all partner teams involved This includes defining use cases and requirements to connect existing capabilities

• Lead the team through defining identifying collecting and tracking appropriate product and business metrics both quantitative and qualitative for new and existing products

• Lead gathering analysis and synthesis of primary and secondary research to deepen understanding of customer and partner challenges related to workflow performance scalability reliability and security

• Lead the evaluation prioritization and development of major B2B functionality in partnership with cross functional teams leveraging customer insights and industry best practices

• Determine how to prioritize and manage a product backlog for effective release and sprint planning

• Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering partners while identifying dependencies and relative priority with other product managers

• Represent the product team when partnering with Program Management Design and Engineering to ensure solutions ships on time and to quality

• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success Management teams to effectively transition customers to our next generation IAM platform

• Presents to internal and external stakeholders the product strategy roadmap and details of release plans and effectively adjusts communications and messages to different audiences

• Influence without authority in and outside of the Product team

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic

• 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years related experience with a Masters degree; or equivalent experience in product management for enterprise cloud/SaaS product/service
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management Design Engineering IT Operations Program Management Marketing Sales and Customer Support

Preferred

• Direct experience using Agile methodologies (ex. SCRUM)
• Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale technology products including new existing or legacy products
• Professional experience in a client/customer facing role
• Comfortable working across an array of technical subjects and projects
• Background in sales or procurement contracting a plus
• Familiar with CLM a strong plus
• Experience delivering cloud native solutions at scale a plus
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy both for strategy and execution
• Excellent presentation communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $140000.00 - $225075.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

• Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
