The IT Manager at Ivy Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the development procurement and operation of Information Technology systems throughout the organization. This role requires interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders often managing multiple moving project parts simultaneously.
Pay Range: $60000-$80000 per year
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Essential functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Manage technology vendor relationships with support from Director of Procurement including selection integration daily operation and billing.
Develop recommendations and implement new hardware and software based on organization needs and technology needs.
Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Identify and implement technological solutions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversee Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance company wide.
Work closely with all business units translating their business requirements into technological solutions and ensuring they align with objectives and values.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of computing and networking hardware and peripheral equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot computer systems and equipment problems.
Ability to install configure and maintain personal computers networks and related hardware and software.
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Ability to interface with technical and non-technical audiences as well as stakeholders.
Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail and a proven ability to analyze and anticipate potential conflicts and resolve them quickly.
Excellent communication collaboration interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
