Job Description
The role involves overseeing project management within a large-scale technology environment requiring at least 10 years of IT experience. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing communication plans for projects.
Coordinating with IT and impacted plants to prioritize and manage projects.
Creating and maintaining IT strategy documents and roadmaps.
Leading project planning efforts including defining requirements testing procedures and documentation.
Managing system enhancements and new implementations throughout the project lifecycle ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Maintaining a demand management list to prioritize IT workload and resource allocation.
Hosting regular meetings for status updates requirements gathering and design reviews.
Reviewing team deliverables for quality before submission.
Preparing project status reports for executive management.
Applying established project management methodologies and standards identifying risks and managing change requests.
Overseeing project budgets ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.
The position requires strong communication and coordination skills to manage business and technical resources effectively.
Qualifications :
Tertiary qualification preferable
Bachelors and/or Masters degree or extensive application
experienceExperience working with Network Engineer Cloud Engineer IT
solution Architect.Working knowledge of ITIL (with at least Foundations
certification) with preference to executing in the environment.A broad understanding of the vast range of IT operations and DXC service offerings.
