Finishing Foreman - Dublin City Centre
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Irelands most established and respected main contractors. As Finishing Foreman you will play a key role on a flagship city-centre residential development. You will oversee the finishing phases of construction ensuring workmanship is of the highest standard deadlines are met and the project is delivered to the quality this contractor is known for.
Responsibilities
Supervise subcontractors and site teams to achieve production targets in line with the project programme.
Ensure all workmanship and materials meet project specifications building regulations quality benchmarks and Health & Safety standards.
Evaluate and identify potential challenges implementing solutions to avoid delays or quality issues.
Report work progress and site updates to Senior Management on a regular basis.
