As a member of the Products & Analytics team the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) Consultant will drive successful NSPB implementations for our diverse customer base. This role involves close collaboration with ERP Consultants and Project Managers to deliver cutting-edge Planning and Budgeting capabilities to our NetSuite customers. Additionally you will provide vital expertise on the NSPB platform supporting our sales team in securing new opportunities. A critical aspect of this position is the continuous development and enhancement of the NSPB delivery methodology ensuring best-in-class service and efficiency.
The NSPB consultant will also have the opportunity to work alongside our BI Analysts inBI4NetSuite and NSAW implementations to develop tailored BI and financial reporting solutions for our customers.
What do we value from our NSPB Consultant
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting
- 2-5 years of experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) or similar Oracle EPM platform a must
- Experience with other Financial Planning and Budgeting (FP&A) platforms an asset
- A university degree in Industrial Engineering Information Technology or a relevant discipline in Business Administration (accounting or finance)
- Have experience in all phases of a project: analysis design deployment configuration system administration conversion installation training support
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI Tableau Looker Studio) an asset
- Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) an asset
- Good communication skills in English and French to provide training execute technical setups and support technical concepts to end users and conduct meetings with stakeholders

- Assist in the development of specifications configure the system oversee and deploy environment modifications
- Host meetings directly with clients to gather requirements analyze situation and provide solutions
- Work in conjunction with other consultants and project managers to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines as well as providing a status of the work in progress and providing input to help adjust the planning
