Title: Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Managerto lead and deliver ATM-related projects across our banking network. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles including upgrades deployments compliance initiatives and integration of new ATM technologies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders vendors (such as NCR) and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of ATM-related projects including hardware/software upgrades new deployments and compliance initiatives.
- Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and resources.
- Collaborate with vendors (e.g. NCR) internal IT operations and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. PCI-DSS EMV) and internal security policies.
- Prepare and present project status reports risk assessments and executive updates.
- Coordinate testing training and change management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience managing ATM or self-service banking technology projects.
- Strong understanding of ATM infrastructure software platforms and vendor ecosystems (e.g. NCR Diebold Nixdorf).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Confluence).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
