YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Courier Operations team in Poland with a strong focus on Courier Acquisition.

In this role you will be responsible for driving growth and efficiency in how we attract convert and onboard new couriers across the Polish market. Youll be working at the intersection of strategy data analysis and process execution making sure Glovo has a strong and scalable courier base to meet increasing delivery demand.

THE JOURNEY

• Courier Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute acquisition plans tailored to different cities and regions across Poland.
• Data & Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze the courier acquisition funnel from applications to onboarding and activation identifying bottlenecks and improving conversion rates.
• Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs campaign performance and operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and reduce time-to-first-order for couriers.
• Market Adaptation: Leverage local insights to adapt messaging channels and incentives to resonate with the Polish courier market.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and launch acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels in coordination with the Marketing and Global Ops teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Economics Data Science or related field.
• 13 years of relevant experience in operations analytics consulting or a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
• Native-level Polish and professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Polands gig economy and logistics landscape is a strong plus.
