Experience: 2-3 yrs of proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role within the immigration industry.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Visa Consultant to guide clients through the entire visa application process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice assessing eligibility managing documentation and ensuring the timely and successful submission of visa applications for various countries like Canada Australia the UK USA New Zealand and Schengen nations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients offering them support and clarity in navigating complex immigration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their background goals and immigration needs.
Eligibility Assessment: Thoroughly assess clients profiles against the visa and immigration requirements of their desired country.
Expert Guidance: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on different visa categories (e.g. student work tourist permanent residency family sponsorship) application processes timelines and costs.
Documentation Management: Assist clients in gathering preparing and reviewing all required documentation ensuring accuracy authenticity and completeness.
Application Processing: Accurately complete and submit visa application forms on behalf of clients through official portals or at visa application centres (VFS).
Case Management & Follow-up: Meticulously manage a caseload of clients track application status and proactively follow up with immigration authorities and embassies.
Client Communication: Maintain clear consistent and professional communication with clients providing regular updates and promptly addressing their queries and concerns.
Stay Updated: Continuously stay informed about changes in immigration laws policies and procedures for key destination countries.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all applications and client interactions adhere strictly to legal and ethical standards maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for successful visa applications and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Country-Specific Knowledge: Demonstrable experience processing visas for major destinations (e.g. Canada Express Entry Australian Skilled Migration UK Tier Visas US H1-B/F1 Schengen visas).
Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and familiar with online visa application portals and CRM software.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong counseling and client management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex cases manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
