A leading full service regional firm with multiple offices across Birmingham and Wolverhampton. Although they were established over 100 years ago they pride themselves on being a progressive firm who have adopted the newest technology. They are also a very inclusive firm with a great culture where people tend to stay for a long time. They are also great at offering progression to a senior position/training contract/CILEX.
The Role
The successful property paralegal can look forward to managing their own conveyancing caseload from start to finish including:
- Freehold Sales and Purchases
- Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- New-build Purchases
- Transfers of Equity
- Remortgages
- First Registrations
- Lease Extensions
The Requirements
The firm anticipate someone with 3 years experience would be the right person for this conveyancing role but they are open to applications from property paralegals CILEX or qualified conveyancers who have managed their own caseload for at least 12 months and seeking a new challenge.
