Job Description

POSITION: Sr IT Systems Analyst Specialist

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime

LOATION: Remote

SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm CST

ASSIGNMENT: 9/15/2025 - 8/3/2026

PAY RANGE: $48.00- $51.00 HOURLY

Primary Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analysis Manager to lead requirements management efforts for new client implementations and large multi-line this role you will collaborate with stakeholders across business operations IT and client teams to ensure requirements are clear accurate and actionable. You will also serve as a mentor and leader within the business analysis team helping to shape best practices and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements management for large complex projects including client implementations and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and execute requirements management plans and own the BA role throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders; facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment.

  • Partner with project managers business representatives IT teams and clients to translate business needs into functional system requirements.

  • Produce high-quality documentation including process diagrams report mock-ups wireframes and written specifications.

  • Manage deliverables to deadlines ensuring timelines and business expectations are met.

  • Mentor and provide leadership to business analysts on the team.

  • Support the organizations quality programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Travel as needed for client and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree required; major in Computer Science or related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

    • Strongly preferred: experience with multi-line claims management or case management systems.

    • Strong knowledge of third-party administration (TPA) / claims management business and technology.

  • Technical Skills:

    • SQL knowledge strongly preferred.

    • Basic understanding of code strongly preferred.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and interpretive skills.

    • Excellent organizational interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    • Self-motivated with initiative and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
