On-site Manager

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and team management We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Manager to oversee daily staffing operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. As the primary liaison between our staffing agency and hotel leadership they will be a key role in employee oversight client satisfaction and operational success.
Position Details:
- As the Onsite Manager you will Lead and Support Staff Conduct daily check-ins assign tasks monitor performance and ensure grooming/uniform standards are met.
- Manage Scheduling & Coverage Review staffing levels across departments (housekeeping front desk maintenance etc.) and handle last-minute call-outs to maintain smooth operations.
- Build Strong Client Relationships Partner with hotel management to review performance anticipate needs and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Train & Onboard New Hires Provide orientations and reinforce service quality safety and professionalism standards.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance Perform hotel walkthroughs collect feedback and monitor staff for consistent service excellence.
- Oversee Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination Verify clock-ins resolve discrepancies and submit timely reports.
- Problem-Solve in Real Time Respond to staff conflicts guest complaints and operational issues such as supply shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Handle Administrative Needs: Maintain schedules document incidents track hours and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Forecast & Report Monitor hotel occupancy to predict staffing needs and provide regular performance updates to both the agency and the client.
- What Were Looking For 2-4 years previous experience in hospitality management staffing or a related leadership role.
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead coach and motivate a diverse team.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick effective decisions.
- Knowledge of labor compliance and payroll processes is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
