A great opportunity has become available for a Banking Assistant to join our team at DS Smith Business Services in Caerphilly Wales to assist in the delivery of World class accounting/reporting services to respective UK businesses.
You will be responsible for ensuring bank payments are processed and recorded accurately and bank reconciliations are completed on a timely basis.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing the completion of daily general ledger bank postings and weekly bank reconciliations as well as the processing of Banking and Treasury payments through the Groups Treasury Management System.

Basic understanding of accounting processes
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
