Work Arrangement
Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Orion MI on a full-time basis.
The Role
The Paint Planner is responsible for developing scheduling and coordinating activities within the department to ensure optimal performance of current and future events. This role ensures optimal resource utilization material availability and process efficiency to meet production targets while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. This role champions the strategic planning and organization of the department groups. The Paint Planner must be able to work autonomously with occasional guidance from supervision. Innovation is a must as well as independent judgment organizational and follow-up skills. Work is performed with hourly and salaried employees and 3rd party support organizations.

3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools suite and data visualization tools
Able to work as part of an innovative team
Lean manufacturing experience
