Job Description

Field Supervisor - Field Service

Job Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians ensuring the successful execution of projects and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the hiring process of all potential candidates

  • Training

  • Be the first point of contact for all training for new candidates and new clients

  • Train all new hires on QuickBase and company expectations

  • Participate in all employees 90-day and annual performance reviews

  • Document all necessary items for projects

  • Lead train and manage a team of professionals providing guidance support and mentorship

  • Develop and implement project plans ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members including participation in performance reviews

  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other divisions

  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team

  • Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and quality standards by holding employees accountable to adhere to the Companys Mission Vision and Values

  • Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities

  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with the companys objectives

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Field Service Skillset Requirements

  • Install troubleshoot and repair non-IT healthcare equipment for clients.

  • Accurately complete daily timecards expense reports and other required documentation.

  • Document work activities with notes and photos and maintain clear records using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).

  • Uphold professional communication and etiquette with team members clients and leadership.

  • Provide positive customer service addressing and escalating issues as needed.

  • Ensure the proper care of all company and client property.

  • Follow all environmental safety and compliance guidelines.

Qualification Standards

  • Proven experience in a leadership role preferably as a Field Supervisor or similar position

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities


Compensation and Benefits
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
