Why this role exists
Our AI Safety Services team delivers everything from massive datalabeling programs to modeltesting pipelinesoften under aggressive deadlines. We need a hands-on Operations Project Manager who pairs classic projectmanagement rigor with enough technical fluency to keep engineers annotators and data scientists rowing in sync. Your goal: ship projects fast at scale and with quality clients can measure.

The impact youll make
Deliver flawlessly: Hit scope schedule and budget targets across multiple concurrent AIdata projects.
Boost efficiency: Automate reporting surface KPIs and drive process improvements that cut cycle times and cost.
Keep clients happy: Maintain crystalclear communication and documentation so stakeholders always know status risks and next steps.

What youll do
Own endtoend executionfrom scoping and tasktemplate creation through annotation modelpipeline setup QA and deployment handoff.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams: engineers annotators data scientists GTM leads and client stakeholders.
Build & automate workflows: create Asana projects; script Python / SQL jobs for metrics and QC checks.
Track & report KPIs: timelines throughput quality margin and resource utilisationdashboards in Looker Power BI or Streamlit.
Drive continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks run retros and implement SOP updates that scale to the next project.
Maintain artefacts: SOWs RACI charts risk registers and knowledgebase pages that keep the team aligned.

Experiences youll bring

35 years managing technical projects or operations in data AI or software domains.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows (JIRA Asana Linear or similar).
Proven record delivering projects with distributed or remotefirst teams.
Comfort translating between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Core skills youll need
Projectmanagement excellence: scoping scheduling risk management and
stakeholder comms.
Lightweight scripting: Python or similar for automation data manipulation and report generation.
SQL & dashboards: query data warehouses and build KPI views.
Tool savvy: familiarity with annotation platforms (Label Studio Labelbox) and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Process mindset: design SOPs/playbooks and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Nice to have: MLOps exposure experience with LLMdriven automation or knowledge of security / compliance requirements in data operations.
