As our State Project Coordinator youll play a key role in supporting the State Manager and the SA/WA/NT leadership team to deliver on state priorities and initiatives. This is a varied role where youll not only provide essential coordination and administrative support but also act as the central link between the State Manager corporate partners and key stakeholders across the bank ensuring strong communication and execution of addition youll gain exposure to the inner workings of the state leadership team and be at the centre of key strategic priorities. Making this role a great stepping stone for someone looking to broaden their experience and develop their career within the branch network or more broadly across the bank.
Highly proactive and organised youll thrive in an environment where you can take ownership anticipate needs and keep things moving. With strong business acumen and an eye for detail youll support reporting maintain budget and expenditure records contribute to strategic projects and enable the leadership team to focus on what matters most.

This is a full time 12-month secondment position. The role will preferably be based in Adelaide or Perth though we may consider candidates in other locations. While theres some flexibility on location the role requires a strong connection to the network with a hybrid model of at least three days per week working from our corporate offices.
