As our State Project Coordinator youll play a key role in supporting the State Manager and the SA/WA/NT leadership team to deliver on state priorities and initiatives. This is a varied role where youll not only provide essential coordination and administrative support but also act as the central link between the State Manager corporate partners and key stakeholders across the bank ensuring strong communication and execution of addition youll gain exposure to the inner workings of the state leadership team and be at the centre of key strategic priorities. Making this role a great stepping stone for someone looking to broaden their experience and develop their career within the branch network or more broadly across the bank.

This is a full time 12-month secondment position. The role will preferably be based in Adelaide or Perth though we may consider candidates in other locations. While theres some flexibility on location the role requires a strong connection to the network with a hybrid model of at least three days per week working from our corporate offices.

  • Experience providing written communications presentations and reports for a range of audiences
  • A proactive solutions focused mindset with the ability to coordinate tasks and support leadership priorities
  • Professionalism maturity sound judgement and discretion with the ability to understand context read between the lines and provide timely support to the leadership team
  • The ability to turn data into insights presenting reports and analytics in a way that informs and supports decision making
