Summary: The Operations Manager at Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries Inc. is responsible for overseeing the movement distribution and storage of materials ensuring the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials to guarantee timely delivery to stores and vendors. This role also encompasses the management of transportation logistics vehicles equipment and strategic planning for warehouse operations all while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Skills:
Education and/or Experience Technical Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
