This opportunity is a part of Blinks Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blinks largest client partners.
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Research Strategist with a strong background in customer insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming customer experiences through research uncovered through various research instruments and methodologies.
Duration: Through the end of 2026.
Location: 3 days/week on premise in Boston MA
What you will be doing
Strategic Research:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather deep customer insights.
Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
Develop and present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with product marketing and UX teams to align research with business goals.
Communicate research insights effectively to influence decision-making.
Build strong relationships across department and with business stakeholders.
Customer Journey Redesign:
Spearhead research process for the redesign of customer journeys to enhance operational efficiencies and end-user satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions.
Map current and future-state journeys for business review and signoff.
Your background
Bachelors degree in Market Research Business Economics or a related field.
Expert level use of Qualtrics (hand coding) and Excel (pivot tables).
Experience working with NPS and CSAT.
Qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
$135000 - $150000 a year
