Financial Reporting AccountantJob Description Summary
We are looking for Financial Reporting Accounting Analyst to support our Controllership team in the successful delivery of legal entity Controllership responsibilities across several business and service lines. This full-time role will enable an individual to understand process and risk across a global firm and provide exposure to senior leaders controllers and other key stakeholders globally. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with the preparation of key EMEA balance sheet account reconciliations and assisting with the preparation execution and filing requirements of statutory financial statements across our EMEA entities having a keen eye for detail and a desire to improve processes is critical to the success of the role.Job Description
About the Role:
- Prepare key EMEA balance sheet account reconciliations in collaboration with country controllers and finance teams.
- Support internal and external financial reporting ensuring compliance with EMEA Controllership standards.
- Assist in US GAAP to local GAAP trial balance conversions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Partner with business teams across EMEA to build contextual knowledge of supported entities.
- Contribute to statutory financial statement preparation audit support and continuous process improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree with experience in a fast-paced graphic production environment.
- Skills & Mindset: Strong organizational and communication skills proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a solution-oriented learning mindset.
- Teamwork & Adaptability: Reliable team player with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to technical and process-oriented workflows.
