What this job involves:
As an Assistant Manager Commute at JLL youll serve as a forerunner of quality transport services reporting to the City Commute Manager while taking full responsibility for all commute network operations at your designated site. This critical role requires you to provide uninterrupted transport services to clients by ensuring fleet availability 24/7 while maintaining backup plans for any contingencies that may arise. Youll act as the single point of contact for all transport network-related issues while working closely with business teams and clients to understand their specific needs and develop efficient transport procedures that achieve SLAs and customer obsession standards. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on client satisfaction by leading site teams managing vendor relationships and implementing process improvements that drive operational excellence.
