PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lawes Consulting are working with a well respected brokerage to help them find a Commercial Development Account Executive. The business is looking for a driven professional who can take ownership add value quickly and play a central role in helping them achieve theirgoals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with different teams to ensure projects and initiatives run smoothly
- Build and deliver strategies that improve efficiency and support company objectives
- Track performance share insights and recommend improvements to leadership
- Ensure all work meets company standards and industry requirements
- Encourage team development and promote a culture of continuous improvement
DAY-TO-DAY
- Oversee daily activities to keep operations on track with company priorities
- Communicate regularly with colleagues clients and stakeholders to solve problems and find opportunities
- Produce clear reports and presentations to help guide business decisions
- Anticipate and manage risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness
EXPERIENCE
- Solid background in a similar role with proven results in fast-moving environments
- Strong experience leading projects teams or operations with measurable success
- Skilled in using data to guide strategy and decision-making
- Hands-on knowledge of industry-relevant tools and processes
SKILLS
- Highly organised with excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
- Strong analytical thinker with practical problem-solving ability
- Clear communicator with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Confident in using the tools and software needed to deliver on the role
