About the role

Were looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Huddersfield team and play a key role in supporting customers and clients through their vehicle repair journey. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy problem-solving and pride yourself on delivering excellent service wed love to hear from you.

What youll be doing

  • Managing vehicle claims end-to-end from repair instruction through to completion.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers clients third parties and repairers.
  • Recording and updating claim details using Avant Groups bespoke software.
  • Taking ownership of your caseload ensuring claims progress in line with KPIs and targets.
  • Keeping all stakeholders fully informed with accurate and detailed updates.
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed service levels.

What were looking for

  • A positive resilient attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with confidence to make decisions.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls each day.
  • Experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the insurance or claims industry (desirable).
