General Profile:Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic Internal Business Control (IBC) analysis to improve control environment
- Deliver insightful multi-dimensional analyses to support management decision-making.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies develop process and management plans and drive improvements in policy adherence and effectiveness. Provide financial training to employees and managers.
- Manage the Workday system to ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee Time & Absence (T&A) data.
- Analyze T&A data generate reports for stakeholders and perform periodic policy compliance reviews in Workday.
- Lead or support IBC T&A and other finance-initiated projects.
Mandatory Skills
- Ability to develop Tableau reports independently
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Attention to details ensure data accuracy independently
