Job Description
We are hiring Feature/Function Owners (FOs) across multiple Energy Systems disciplines - Thermal Climate Energy Management 12V Systems and BMS/HV Battery. As a Feature Owner you will take end-to-end responsibility for delivering system functions from concept through production launch. Youll collaborate with global stakeholders drive design and validation and champion robust engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities

Own delivery of assigned system features/functions to meet program milestones.

Translate functional and non-functional requirements into validated design solutions.

Lead development of specifications DFMEA DV/PV plans and EOL tests for mechatronic systems.

Apply MBSE/MBD tools (MATLAB/Simulink MIL/SIL/HIL) to model and validate system performance.

Conduct design reviews and resolve issues using 1st-principles and structured problem-solving.

Collaborate cross-functionally with SW EE hardware and validation teams.

Support Agile practices including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Establish and maintain best practices for design standards test procedures and documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Mechanical Automotive or Systems Engineering.

5 15 years relevant experience in energy systems or automotive product development.

Hands-on expertise in one or more: Thermal Climate Energy Management 12V systems BMS/HV Battery.

Strong background in DFMEA DV/PV validation testing and requirements management.

Experience with MBSE/MBD toolsets MATLAB/Simulink MIL/SIL/HIL simulations.

Proven ability to lead feature/function delivery across the V-cycle.
