Shift: 5:00 AM 3:00 PM (Mon Fri) two 30 minute meal breaks per site policy
Orientation: 1 day; 12:45 PM 5:00 PM on start date

Compliance: ITAR compliant site (U.S. Person may be required)

General Labor / Material Handler - 1st Shift (5a 3p) - Fullerton Area - $DOE/hr
Confidential manufacturer seeks reliable General Labor / Material Handler to move parts & materials support packing/processing load/unload trucks and keep accurate counts. Youll stage parts in designated areas remove/weight chips help operators and maintain a clean safe workstation. Resume only offers (no interview). Day 1 orientation in the afternoon; PPE and safety shoes required.

Youll Do

• Move and place parts/materials for processing and storage; stage in proper order with correct IDs.

• Remove and weigh chips; load/unload trucks; set parts in designated areas to prepare for processing.

• Assist machine operators with general duties to keep lines running smoothly.

• Report issues related to storage/placement or machine conditions to supervisor.

• Complete daily production/cleanup reports; follow work instructions and company procedures.

• Maintain a safe organized workstation; follow PPE/safety rules.

You Bring

• HS diploma/GED and 6 months related warehouse/production experience (will train motivated candidates).

• Ability to operate a forklift and man lift to OSHA standards (certification or willingness to obtain).

• Basic reading/math; attention to detail with labels and counts; dependable attendance for a 5:00 AM start.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand/walk most of the shift and work safely around moving equipment.

Support production and warehouse operations by moving and staging parts packing/processing loading/unloading trucks and removing/weighing chips. Verify correct part identification and order sequence; assist machine operators as needed; maintain accurate paperwork and a safe organized workstation.

1. Material Movement & Staging - Move/place parts and materials; set up parts in designated areas for processing; confirm correct IDs and order sequence.

2. Truck Loading/Unloading - Safely load/unload trailers; use pallet jacks/forklifts per training.

3. Chip Handling - Remove and weigh chips; complete logs as directed.

4. Operator Support - Assist machine operators with general duties to reduce downtime.

5. Quality & Documentation - Produce daily reports; follow work instructions/SOPs; escalate discrepancies.

6. Safety & 5S - Keep areas clean/organized; follow all policies PPE and safety procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to operate a forklift and man lift to OSHA standards (training/cert available).

• Able to read/follow written and oral instructions; basic math for counts/weights.

• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs safely.

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 3:00 PM Monday Friday with two 30 minute meal breaks per site policy.

• Orientation: One day 12:45 PM 5:00 PM (first day); site safety overview and PPE issuance.

• ITAR Compliant Site: Candidates may need to meet U.S. Person requirements under ITAR.

• PPE: Steel toe safety shoes and safety glasses required.

• Background Check: Required
