Job Description
Role: Travel Endoscopy Technician
Location: Woonsocket RI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8 hour days (7am to 3pm)
Schedule: 40 hours per week/5 days
Pay breakdown:
- Hourly rate - $60.00 $19.05 taxable $40.95 non-taxable
- OT rate - $90.00
- Weekly Gross - $2400.00 $762.00 taxable $1638.00 stipend
Job Summary:
Endoscopy Technician/GI Tech
The Endoscopy Technician supports physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures by preparing equipment ensuring patient safety and maintaining sterile technique. They play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal and related conditions by handling specialized instruments and providing direct assistance in procedure rooms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Acute care setting experience required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- CGEA/ SGNA/ CST/ CRCST certifications preferred
