Job Description
Parts Salesman (Automotive) - POS25223
Location: Ermelo Mpumalanga
Salary: R19 000 R25 000 (based on current/last salary; higher offers negotiable for top candidates)
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 25 years experience as a Parts Salesman (automotive bakkies tractors or farm equipment)
- Solid knowledge of Toyota Ford Midas & AutoZone parts ranges
- Ability to prepare and follow up on quotations
- Stock takes and inventory management experience
- Valid drivers licence
- Computer literate (MS Office & industry systems)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written & spoken)
- Well-presented outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling automotive parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers
- Providing accurate quotations and conducting timely follow-ups
- Advising customers on the correct parts required for repairs or upgrades
- Assisting with stock management and ensuring accurate stock counts
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to branch growth
