Job Description

Introduction

A leading integrated FMCG enterprise seeks to appoint adynamic graduatewith at least 2 years experience in sales support and operations for their Sales Forceapplication suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users for various processes and systems. Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
  • Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the application
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes including troubleshooting guides and user training videos
  • Collaboration:Work closely with product development teams to communicate client feedback issues and suggestions for product enhancements
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust
  • Issue Tracking: Utilize support ticketing system (JIRA) to track and manage support requests ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Product Validation: Participate in product validation of new features understanding and documenting new features and communicating new feature releases to users
  • Reporting:Prepare regular reports on support issues trends and resolutions to team lead for review and analysis

A relevantBusiness/Marketing Degreeis essential. Own vehicle with valid RSA drivers license is required. At least 2 years direct experience in a customer facing support role in an IT Driven environment is key.
