We are now accepting applications for a40-hour Travelling Teller (Client Service Associate) Service Staff who will travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is Reno NV.
Essential Functions:
Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address clients needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts issuing counter checks performing account maintenance issuing/activation ATM cards performing money transfers ordering checks receiving loan payments etc.
Resolve clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Some cashiering customer service balancing or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math cashiering balancing debits credits bank products and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Driving is an essential function of this role and as such employee must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
Hours: Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.

Pay range (depending on experience): $17.85- $21/hour
Full-Time
