About the opportunity
The Business Manager leads and drives the delivery of high-quality services within the Inclusive Employment Australia framework ensuring the achievement of sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. This role is responsible for managing team performance building strong community and employer partnerships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards. The Business Manager fosters a positive inclusive culture that supports staff development service excellence and the growth and reputation of the organisation within the local community.

We are seeking motivated and value driven leader to join our Inclusive Employment Australia division as a Business Manager.
