Job Title: Regional Manager for our Central Region Branch Locations
Due to expansion and significant growth our Home Care Division is seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational consistency compliance and efficiency while driving performance through clear KPIs and measurable outcomes. The Regional Manager will support patient care coordinators in achieving growth targets optimizing workflows and improving service delivery. By monitoring performance metrics and implementing best practices the Regional Manager will play a key role in strengthening regional operations and positioning the organization for continued success.
At Traditional Home Care we focus on delivering personal care to our customers in their home. Our direct care workers/home health aides help our customers with Activities of Daily Living such as dressing bathing grooming and meal prep so they can continue to live independently in the comforts of their own home.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Monitors and oversees the assigned branches within the agency.
- Maintain compliance with all state and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain compliance with all Traditional Home Care policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain and review job descriptions for all Branch assigned office staff at least annually.
- Maintain office employee and Direct Care Worker personnel files.
- Conduct performance evaluation for all assigned Branch office staff.
- Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet the weekly quarterly and annual goals of the agency.
- Review authorized/unauthorized hours reports (total underutilized overutilized and total hours on hold).
- Reviewing the weekly payroll reports.
- Reviewing the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) reports and incidents from the prior week.
- Review any payroll escalations and ensure that billable hours are verified.
- Review of weekly Patient/Caregiver referral reports and marketing events.
- Review new patients that have been staffed to ensure that scheduling discrepancies are elucidated.
- Review and track the enrollment and transfer cases.
- Review the progress with Direct Care Worker onboarding with the Patient Care Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with Direct Care Worker annual education and Tuberculosis (TB) screenings.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures regarding the rights and responsibilities of consumers.
- Assist with filing appeals for decreases in patients hours.
- Reporting of major and adverse events within timeframes as mandated by state and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring that the assessments teams plan of care for patients are accurate and up to date.
- Routinely meeting with staff to promote a culture of talent development retention and accountability.
- Perform various duties as assigned by management.
- Be a back-up for Care Coordinators in their absence
- Travel to each office at least weekly
- After hours on-call support
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing and supporting teams in a leadership role
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and reliable with a strong sense of accountability
- Familiarity with performance evaluation and staff development practices
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving positive results
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Associates degree in a related field (required)
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in healthcare (required)
