Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Work Schedule
School Year (September June):
MondayFriday shifts between 1:45 p.m. 6:00 p.m.Summer (July August):
MondayFriday shifts between 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.Hours may vary depending on program needs events or holidays.

Position Overview
The Group Worker will provide supervision and support for after-school and summer programming at PS330Q. This role involves assisting Group Leaders in implementing enrichment activities such as homework help arts & crafts sports health and fitness nutrition dance and STEM education. The Group Worker will ensure a safe supportive and engaging environment for youth participants.
Responsibilities
Supervise participants to ensure their health safety and well-being.
Assist Group Leaders in planning and facilitating program activities.
Provide support with homework help tutoring and enrichment activities.
Maintain program documentation (attendance sign-in/out sheets incident reports).
Support the collection of participant and parent surveys.
Help maintain equipment supplies and program space.
Actively participate in trainings meetings and special events.
Report to the Program Director for delegated tasks and guidance.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required (proof must be provided during hiring).
Prior experience in youth development strongly preferred.
Must be reliable detail-oriented and committed to working with children and families.
Ability to work cooperatively with peers and professional staff.
Must successfully complete OCFS/PETS background clearance.
Must provide a recent medical exam including proof of PPD test at hire.
