How You Will Make An Impact
As a Senior Area Manager you will lead a team of 60-100 Associates including 2-4 Operations Leads for inbound outbound automation or another business area. Your role is to collaborate and influence your peers to meet production goals and keep workflow humming for your shift. You have demonstrated success managing through Leads to train grow and develop Associates on your team. You proactively lead cross-functionally utilizing data and relationships to set your team and the business up for success.
