Job Description

The Title I tutor will work with Coaches and Reading Specialists to identify students who requiresubstantial intervention in Math and/or Literacy. The tutor will work with these students primarily in apush-in model for the purpose of small group targeted assistance aligned with the Math and/orLiteracy Common Core Standards. This is a Part-Time position 19.5 hours per week. Grant Fundedapproximately 40 weeks at $34.42 of Duties:* Work with Coaches and Reading Specialists to identify potential students for the assistance/intervention using objective criteria*Assist in administering appropriate testing and monitoring of students and the analysis of results.* Teach and assist with identified interventions or lessons as identified in the Envisions Math series Wit& Wisdom Heggerty Fundations and other research based interventions.* Collaborate with colleagues at regular data meetings.* Complete required paperwork for the strategies/interventions as outlined in Title I Relationship or Line of Authority: Interim Director of Curriculum Instruction &Assessment and/or Title I Director
