It performs translational research that covers the energy value chain from generation to innovative end-use solutions motivated by industrialisation and deployment. has multiple Interdisciplinary Research Programmes which focus on translational Research Development & Deployment which focus on specific area of the energy value chain and a number of Living labs and Testbeds which facilitate large scale technology deployment enabling validation and demonstration of real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Machine Learning based models for forecasting of battery temperature and health.
Develop components of a battery model including system integration data processing data quality control and data visualization.
Create AI-based optimization models for thermal and health management of EV batteries.
Develop maintain and enhance web-based user interfaces.
Prepare technical reports presentations and research publications.
Job Requirements:
Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics/Energy Engineering
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
Familiarity with integrating front-end web interfaces with backend systems and APIs.
Familiarity with database management (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL or NoSQL).
Understanding of battery management systems (BMS)
Proficiency in Machine Learning models such as Reinforcement Learning and Deep Neural Networks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab Python and Javascript
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for research purpose
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
