About the Role
As a Senior Beauty Therapist you will:
- Provide a wide range of advanced beauty treatments including facials massage waxing & more.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Mentor therapists and support training and development.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the salon.

- Advanced knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and client care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Time management and organisational skills
- Sales and product recommendation experience
- Familiarity with booking systems and salon software
What Were Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a salon or spa environment
- Expertise in advanced treatments (e.g. microdermabrasion chemical peels laser)
- Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning
