Were looking for an experienced Technical Learning & Development leader to drive the full lifecycle of technical e-learning course and certification creationfrom intake and scoping to design development launch and measuring impact. Youll collaborate with Product Engineering and business teams to ensure our training programs equip customers partners and employees with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful.
This is both a strategic and operational leadership role: you will set the vision and roadmap for our technical training portfolio while ensuring your team executes with quality consistency and speed.
This role will lead a global team of 10 technical e-learning content developers and instructional designers and reports directly to the Director of Community & Customer Marketing.

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in Canada ranges from 00 CAD annually applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidates knowledge skills experience and geographic location.
