About the Opportunity

Are you ready to make things better smarter and more efficient As our Business Improvement Coordinator youll be the driving force behind positive change across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in driving innovation excellence and efficiency across Council. As the champion of business and quality improvement you will lead the development and implementation of a Council-wide program focused on continuous improvement process innovation and change management. Working collaboratively across all Directorates and services you will identify opportunities to enhance service delivery ensure contractual and operational compliance and deliver cost-effective outcomes. With a strong emphasis on improving systems and processes you will engage with teams to analyse current performance establish service baselines and build a sustainable framework that fosters a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in enhancing both internal operations and the customer experience ensuring the Council continues to meet and exceed service expectations.

Remuneration

$122732 - $141142 per annum plus superannuation

About You

You are a results-driven professional with a degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field with proven comprehensive experience in a similar role driving organisational improvement within complex business environments. With formal qualifications in project management you bring a proven track record of delivering successful projects and achieving tangible business benefits. Your strengths lie in leading change solving problems at the organisational level and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You will be confident in your ability to influence and negotiate with well developed conflict resolution skills and a collaborative approach. With demonstrated experience in analysing and improving business processes and systems you will thrive on making services more efficient and effective. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Youre proficient in Microsoft Office corporate IT systems and records management platforms and comfortable navigating a digital environment to support informed decision-making and operational excellence.
