Strategic Sales Specialist
Our client an industry leader in supplying industrial seal design and supply is seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist due to growth. Our client has been in business for over 40 years and is offering a career opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or technical sales to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
*Prospecting and securing long-term customers in targeted industries across the US (nationwide territory).
*Achieving sales goals and quotas.
*Developing a deep understanding of market dynamics customer products/services and competitive landscapes.
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and market activities.
*Strategically vetting prospects and pursuing high-potential accounts.
*Anticipating customer pain points and providing technical solutions.
*Managing client communication and relationships.
*Attending trade shows and industry events.
*Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly.
*Committing to quality and environmental efforts.
Requirements:
*3-5 years of outstanding sales performance preferably focused on a technical tangible product.
*Bachelors degree in engineering science or related field.
*Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools preferably Salesforce.
*Ability to work independently and thrive in a demanding environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to pass pre-employment screening which includes a drug test and a background check.
*Ability to work 8:30am - 5:00pm EST Monday-Friday in coordination with up to 40-50% travel for customer visits trade shows industry events etc.
*Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship.
