The Role
The Customer Care & Aftersales team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. This position plays a critical role in executing the reimagination of processing within CCA. As a Manufacturing Engineer youll drive large-scale automation and packaging optimization initiatives with a focus on robotics automation and product packaging technologies. You will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges particularly those related to workstation design material flow and automated systems integration. Your decisions will rely on sound technical judgment within established practices and engineering standards.
This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced robotic and packaging technologies while supporting transformational change across the network.
What You Will Do
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading automation or robotics deployments in warehousing or production.
Working knowledge of indsutrial robots cobots and robot-guided vision systems.
Experience with performance tracking process monitoring and data-driven continuous improvement.
Project management experience across multi-functional teams and facilities.
Working knowledge of automated labeling box forming palletizing and other robotic packaging technologies.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about advancing automation in manufacturing and ready to lead the next generation of warehouse and packaging solutions.
