Are you passionate about creating a positive customer experience Do you have a friendly personality strong attention to detail and a love for the automotive world Capital Lincoln Mazda of Cary is looking for a Service Drive Attendant to be the welcoming face of our service department.
What Youll Do:
- Greet every customer with a smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Assist customers throughout their service visit making the process smooth and stress-free.
- Perform active deliveries by walking customers back to their vehicles and confirming they are fully satisfied with their service experience.
- Support the service team with light duties to help maintain an efficient and customer-focused environment.
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Some automotive knowledge (prior dealership or service experience a plus but not required).
- A friendly approachable and professional demeanor.
- Reliability enthusiasm and a team-player attitude.
