Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to work with competitive swimmers during their in-season training. This is a part-time seasonal position ideal for someone passionate about athletic development and knowledgeable in dryland training specific to swimming.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead strength and conditioning sessions tailored to swimmers needs and training phases
- Ensure proper technique and safety during all exercises
- Collaborate with swim coaches to align strength work with in-water training cycles
- Track and adjust workouts based on athlete progress and feedback
Qualifications:
- Certification in strength & conditioning (e.g. NSCA-CSCS NASM ACE or similar)
- Previous experience working with swimmers or youth athletes preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and punctual for early morning sessions
