Job Description

Schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00 AM 7:00 AM

  • Fridays: 6:30 AM 7:30 AM
    Season Duration: November 15 Approximately First Week of February
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to work with competitive swimmers during their in-season training. This is a part-time seasonal position ideal for someone passionate about athletic development and knowledgeable in dryland training specific to swimming.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead strength and conditioning sessions tailored to swimmers needs and training phases

  • Ensure proper technique and safety during all exercises

  • Collaborate with swim coaches to align strength work with in-water training cycles

  • Track and adjust workouts based on athlete progress and feedback

Qualifications:

  • Certification in strength & conditioning (e.g. NSCA-CSCS NASM ACE or similar)

  • Previous experience working with swimmers or youth athletes preferred

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Reliable and punctual for early morning sessions
