The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you are tasked with facilitating training and contributing to the development of reporting models for Talent Academy. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems mentoring others and maintaining exemplary standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context while assessing digital transformation opportunities and presenting digital concepts to senior business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions for the Talent Academy
- Contribute to the development of reporting models
- Analyze complex issues to provide strategic solutions
- Mentor and support junior team members in their growth
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients
- Assess opportunities for digital transformation
- Present digital concepts to senior business stakeholders
- Maintain exemplary standards in training and development initiatives
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience in Training Facilitation or Public Speaking
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills in English
