Senior Analyst Manila Client Expenses

ROLE

This position is responsible for handling and processing transactions for the Manila Client Expenses team.

The Client Expenses Team is responsible for the payment of Third Party Management Performance and Directors fee payments. The team is also responsible for the preparation and review of client budgets on a quarterly basis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process payments for client Third Party Management Performance and Directors Fees along with FX deals to instructions received from the home location team within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes
• Preparation of quarterly budgets to ensure timely release to clients and escalate as appropriate
• Confirm fund specific information along with completing duplicate payment checks prior to processing payment
• Handle resolution of issues and communicate and escalate issues as required
• Create client static data following agreed process
• Provide daily status updates on progress of exceptions to the team in relation to daily workflow
• Build strong working relationships with contacts in other business units
• Participate on the teams issue discussion and share best practices to improve process controls

Knowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Client Accounting/Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change

Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant Client Accounting work experience is required.
